Returns Policy


If for any reason you find that Online Blinds has sent a blind other than that described in the order or with an incorrect measurement, please contact Online Blinds within three working days from time of receipt. You will be required to send an email to with your order details and photo evidence.

If photo does not accompany your email it will be difficult to rectify the issue and delays may be experienced. If Online Blinds is found to be at fault we will immediately ship a replacement order to the customer.
If for any reason a blind is worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if it has been dropped or broken then Online Blinds return policy does not apply.
Unaltered readymade blinds that are returned must be returned in their original condition along with your purchase order. All delivery and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer. If you wish to replace your blind please email in advance and notify our staff via email at
Blinds that have been customised and / or altered to your specifications can not be returned. Customers specified sizes for custom and altered blinds are unique to your window requirements and for this reason may not be returned. Please use or how to measure instructions in order to ensure your measurements are correct. If for any reason a customer decides to alter a blind or use another supplier to alter the blind and the blind is damaged or does not function properly as a result then Online Blinds return policy is voided.
Returns and repairs that are deemed at the time to be the customer’s responsibility will be assessed on a case by case basis. Damaged, altered, and / or wrong measurements will be charged on a labour and materials basis. All repairs or alterations must be approved by the customer prior to any work commencing.

Blind descriptions, pictures, and colours contained on our website are to be used as guidelines only. Online Blinds will not be responsible for colour choices made on the basis of scanned colour samples and / or images of your computer monitor. It is recommended to order a free sample from our samples page before finalising the purchase of your chosen blind.
If you discover that any blinds are damaged please report this to us within five days of delivery. Please do not attempt to install blinds that have been damaged in delivery, as this will void any warranty claim. If Online Blinds is not notified within five days, we cannot be held responsible for the damaged item or replacement cost.
