After placing your order with Online Blinds you will receive an email confirming your online purchase from our secure payment gateway. This email will contain your account details, order details, and ETA. Your order should be confirmed within a few minutes after payment is received. Once your order is ready and allocated for dispatch you will be provided with a tacking number. Whilst in transit you may use your tracking number at any time track the progress of your delivery.
Our custom made blinds range take anywhere between seven to ten working days to be delivered from time of placing your order. All our estimated time frames begin once full payment has been received by Online Blinds. Our delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.
Online blinds strive to meet all delivery timeframes and only use reputable courier companies. In saying this there will be times when estimated delivery times are not in our control. Our customers will be notified via email if there are any delays being experienced in the blinds or products they have purchased. Online Blinds will not be liable for any losses suffered or incurred due to delays in delivery. If your order has not been received in the specified timeframe please feel free to contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org or 087 945 3579.
Online Blinds will courier your order to the delivery address entered on your Online Blinds Account when you sign-up as a customer. At the time of delivery your package must be signed for; the person who accepts and signs for the delivery is deemed by Online Blinds to be authorised to receive the goods at the delivery address allocated to your order.
Please note that there is a maximum holding time set by the courier company and in the instance that holding time is exceeded then the your order will be returned to Online Blinds. If this occurs then a re-delivery charge will apply and Online Blinds reserves the right to hold all goods until the re-delivery fee is settled in full.
If there is a query to your address you will be contacted via email prior to dispatch. Please note that courier companies do not call customers prior to delivery to confirm delivery times despite Online Blinds making this request on your behalf.
All orders exceeding R1000 will be Free of Charge. Delivery charges will be quoted separately for orders below R1000.
